How Project1932 works
A structured 6-month mentorship journey connecting experienced BigSibs with emerging LittleSibs through periodic 1-on-1 guidance sessions.
The process
Registration Opening
Qualified candidates — university students or graduates with less than 5 years of professional experience — register as LittleSibs during the open enrollment window.
Applications are reviewed by our team. We look for commitment, curiosity, and alignment with our values.
Selection & Matching
Accepted participants are carefully paired with BigSibs based on industry, goals, personality, and compatibility criteria.
Each BigSib is matched with LittleSibs to ensure quality interactions and manageable commitments.
Program Launch
Names are announced and the cohort begins. Periodic 1-on-1 mentorship sessions run over the 6-month program duration.
Workshops and community events supplement the mentorship experience throughout the cohort.
